About uS
about us
... and maybe you?
ScienceAfterAll was not created for us to just write and you to read, it’s a project with many objectives. One of them, is to create a cool science pub where you can take a science shot, share your cool images or exchange interesting content recommendations; surrounded by people you like and you are comfortable to be yourself with. motivating each other through science and critical thinking while being listened to, just for the excitement of knowledge.
If someone tells you are boring when you talk about science or technology that you are passionate about, you feel fireworks in your brain when someone explains something cool to you, or sometimes you get frustrated by the general values that move scientific research… WELCOME!
What is your brain busy with? Birds, bioreactors, microscopy, architecture, solar cells, machine learning and data analysis, cars and planes, rocks, plants, planets and stars, printing and 3D printing, fixing and fabricating things, evolution, music, food, genomics, volcanoes and geology, robotics, human history and social interactions, fossils, quantum computing, nanoparticles, cells or immunology… whatever! (and yes, even longer). Just write something short about that topic you enjoyed learning or thinking about and explain to us why it is so cool.
This is the safe place you were missing: helping you to increase your confidence in your own thinking and ideas, speaking out loud and articulating those thoughts, practicing English writing or just enjoying a safe scientific environment, where honest opinion and nutritious debate about topics, happens.
But please, do not let your scientific motivation, energy, curiosity and passion die, please don’t. Try one last time here before you give up. Choose a topic, explore it, find references, write your thoughts and perspectives… and send it to us to scienceafterall@outlook.com.
